Not Quite Out of the Woods
Despite a very good beginning to the season, standing water and abnormal seedling growth are being experienced by some corn producers. Be aware that with warm soils, soybean seed can tolerate saturated soils for only a few days. Reports on growth conditions for field pea are sought. Wheat growers will be hoping for cool, dry weather to maximize grain filling. more
