	2004 Illinois Crop Protection Technology Conference A detailed list of keynote topics, symposia, seminars, and CCA credits is provided for the 2004 Illinois Crop Protection Technology Conference (January 7 and 8), along with a registration form.
	Corn and Soybean Classic Meetings in January Dates, locations, and topics are detailed for the six Corn and Soybean Classic meetings around Illinois in January. A registration form is provided.
	Soybean Aphid and Pest Resistance Programs Early Next Year Two pest management programs will be presented via Latitude Bridge dataconferencing on February 5 and March 5 and 12. Contact your local Extension office for details about a hosting location in your area.
	Scouting Preparation for 2004 Season The fifth edition of the Field Crop Scouting Manual is nearing completion. Ordering details will be available from (800)345-6087 or www.aces.uiuc.edu/ITCS/IM after January 15.
	Yield Information from 2003 Rootworm-Control Trials Root ratings and yields are detailed for the rootworm-control trials conducted in Urbana, Monmouth, and DeKalb. The data demonstrate well the interaction of rootworm damage, corn hybrids, and environmental conditions. Neither root ratings nor yield should be considered in isolation.
	2003 European Corn Borer Fall Survey: Densities Very Low in Most Areas of Illinois Results of 2002 and 2003 fall European corn borer surveys are presented. The most recent results continue to reveal a long-term pattern of very low overwintering densities. Data on overwintering densities may offer guidance on seed-selection choices.
	Plant Disease Management Information at the ICPTC Sessions at the Illinois Crop Protection Technology Conference addressing management of crop diseases are highlighted.
