 | Yield Information from 2003 Rootworm-Control Trials Root ratings and yields are detailed for the rootworm-control trials conducted in Urbana, Monmouth, and DeKalb. The data demonstrate well the interaction of rootworm damage, corn hybrids, and environmental conditions. Neither root ratings nor yield should be considered in isolation.

The most recent results continue to reveal a long-term pattern of very low overwintering densities. Data on overwintering densities may offer guidance on seed-selection choices.
